As long as it's for the browser only,
there are multiple easy ways. So does like HTTP Proxy Settings, its give
you access to the hidden HTTP Proxy settings the Android system it self has
available. Not just browsers, ASProxy might
be a choice, but it's not for free. It even provides a bypass for e.g. local
networks, so you can decide which addresses are routed via proxy, and which
can be accessed directly. Its only for non rooted user.
Firstly, to sett Android proxy you must to download AsProxy before you do it.
